I am often found with inadequate words to describe how blessed I feel and how every single one of my clients has touched me in ways that seem immeasurable. How does one find words that could describe what it is like for me to be included and trusted to document their most treasured memories? I don’t have them. My own words are usually found in my photographs.

What initially drew me to Shari’s photography was the authenticity that seemed to burst out of each photo. Each photo seemed to have a unique ability to capture the small moments that a couple shares together. After one session with Shari I was a bit concerned, however, as we didn’t seem to be able to relax in front of the camera, and I was worried that we hadn’t produced those moments that we had seen in so many of her previous photos. Imagine my surprise then when I received a portfolio full of stunning photos that Shari had taken during our one day with her. Many of my favorite photographs were ones that I had no idea were even taken. I loved all the small moments that Shari uncovered, and the way that she was able to capture our personalities when we hadn’t even noticed she had
Through Shari I felt I had received exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t looking for a cheesy engagement photo, but a photo that I could send out for our save the date that people would say was totally us. Shari took the time and effort with each and every photograph, and displayed a tremendous amount of professionalism and genuine interest in our wedding and relationship.I now couldn’t be more excited for Shari Deangelo to shoot our wedding. To me the most important wedding pictures are not the pictures posing at the church or in front of a gazebo; they are the small moments that reveal a couple’s spirit…which is what Shari does to perfection.
